The SCORE consortium is coordinated by the Atlantic Technological University Sligo – ATU (Ireland) and brings together 28 world-leading organisations spread across 12 countries.
SCORE partners come from academia, local authorities, RPOs, and SMEs encompassing a wide range of skills, including environmental science and policy, climate modelling, citizen and social science, data management, coastal management and engineering, security, and technological aspects of smart sensing research.

UCC is one of the leading partners of MaREI, the Marine and Renewable Energy Centre Ireland; it also owns and manages, through its Environmental Research Institute, the National Ocean Test Facility (NOTF-LIR) in Ringaskiddy, in the outskirts of Cork. The research centre involved in the project will be the Environmental Research Institute (ERI) and, in particular, MaREI (Marine and Renewable Energy Ireland).

The City Council of Vilanova i la Geltrú (VNG) is the local government of the city. Placed 45 km south form Barcelona, it has more than 7km of coast. The City Council activities are organised into 5 main lines: Friendly City Council, Social Justice, Cultured and Creative City, Citizen Proposals, Balanced and Well Connected Territory and Responsible Economic Stimulation.
