The SCORE consortium is coordinated by the Atlantic Technological University Sligo – ATU (Ireland) and brings together 28 world-leading organisations spread across 12 countries.
SCORE partners come from academia, local authorities, RPOs, and SMEs encompassing a wide range of skills, including environmental science and policy, climate modelling, citizen and social science, data management, coastal management and engineering, security, and technological aspects of smart sensing research.

University College Cork (UCC) is a leading research and higher education institution in Ireland, with a strong track record in Marine Renewable Energy. UCC is one of the leading partners of MaREI, the Marine and Renewable Energy Centre Ireland; it also owns and manages, through its Environmental Research Institute, the National Ocean Test Facility (NOTF-LIR) in Ringaskiddy, in the outskirts of Cork. The research centre involved in the project will be the Environmental Research Institute (ERI) and, in particular, MaREI (Marine and Renewable Energy Ireland).
