The SCORE project has just kicked-off! The first meeting took place remotely on July 15-16 with the participation of all partners. Led by IT Sligo, the consortium is composed of 28 partners from 12 countries.
It was great to receive the support of the Irish Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, Simon Harris, who prepared a video message for the consortium and highlighting “climate change as the defining problem of our time”.
The main aim of SCORE is to tackle specific challengesĀ related to sea levels, coastal erosion and extreme weather events using an integrated solution of smart technologies and nature-based solutions.Ā
